We offer a variety of organically grown, pesticide-free, live plants that are safe to plant in your pet's enclosure! All our plants are grown right here on-site at PanTerra Pets!

Lucky Bamboo (Dracaena sanderiana) is native to central Africa. Lucky bamboo plants are said to bring good luck and fortune to those that own them! It is also said to be a nearly indestructible plant, so it is a great plant for the novice or otherwise neglectful plant owner, (wink-wink...you know who you are. ;P) But, there are certain conditions your lucky bamboo prefers, such as rich, well-drained soil (moist, but not soaking); temperatures between 65F and 85F; And bright filtered sunlight , such as what is found under a rainforest canopy, which is why it does great in dart frog vivariums! Your lucky bamboo wants to grow as tall as possible, but any shoots can be trimmed off to create new, smaller plants, as long as you catch them when they first start. Pruning should also help keep the height of the main stalk more under control, if done regularly.

The plants we sell here are starter plants, which means they are small enough to fit in a 7 inch tall terrarium, but if they are well taken care of, they will grow much larger than that and will make excellent additions to your larger living vivariums as well!

WE SHIP ALL OUR PLANTS BARE ROOT, but if you are not ready to plant them right away, they can be kept in a window, or under an artificial light source in a small vase with water for several weeks without issue, just don't let them dry up, the roots must always stay submerged under water!

The orange and blue ball is perfect. Once start taken because the because the blue noisy one was a little to easy for my dog to start ripping pieces off. Will say most toys do not survive his chewing.

Aggressive chewer who loves fetch approved!!
Size: Medium, Size: Medium
I highly recommend the Chuck-It brand in general, especially for dogs with an aggressive bite. These balls are awesome and are the most durable balls I’ve bought for my 50 lbs lab mix. He has not been able to break one of them yet and we’ve had a few of the squeaky balls for months. They are a bit pricey but worth it. The one in the pic has been used for months, lives outside and you can see it’s still in great shape.

Good quality dog ball for playing fetch
Size: Medium
My dog and family love these chuck it balls to play fetch with our dog. They are durable and fun. They squeak which is added fun for any dog! Regular tennis balls my dog chews apart and they get pretty gross after playing and being left outside. These can be easily washed off and cleaned. These balls last! Would recommend to anyone with a dog and would purchase again.

Our German Sheppard loves these
Size: Medium
These cost a bit more than tennis balls, but they are so much nicer and longer lasting. For starters, they stay cleaner than tennis balls because they’re smooth rubber. Dirt won’t build up on them and if anything does stick, like grass or soil, it falls off once the dog slobber dries. They’re also thick, so they don’t fall apart or blow out like a normal tennis ball does in our dog’s jaws after 30 seconds. Our GS chomps on these like crazy and the only damage they’ve suffered is a crack that developed from the edge of the hole, but the crack is growing very slowly and none of these balls have totally failed yet. The balls do whistle when thrown ant high speed and that may help a dog track and locate it, but I’m not sure. Our neighbors hear the whistling too so it’s far from silent. Lastly the orange ball is easy to locate out in our yard, but the dark blue practically disappears.
